My Graphs Assignment
A month ago we were assigned to make a Google Form for the Class to fill out, and display the data on the graph and make multiple statements about the data.
I did mine about video games! We also had to answer questions using our data, and I wanted to know:
- What is the most popular console in the class?
- What is the most popular game in the class?
- How many people have a set time they're allowed to play in the class?
After a while making my form, a total of 20 people did my form, and I put the info in charts and displayed them on different graphs.
The results are the top of the page are , I used bar graphs (Blue = 12yrs, Red= 13yrs) and a pie chart (Red = No, Blue = Yes) to display the data.
- What is the most popular console in the class? = Computer
- What is the most popular game in the class? = Minecraft
- How many people have a set time they're allowed to play in class? =5.
What didn't go well was finding people to do my form, it took a good week for it to have 20 people fill it out.
What went well was displaying my graphs via sheets, it was easy to get it right and it was an efficient process.
What I didn't enjoy was displaying all the data I got into tables, it was time consuming and very boring.
What I enjoyed was making the Google form because I have never done that before, and it was fun choosing the questions I wanted to know from my classmates.
Overall, I enjoyed this assignment and it made me more knowledgeable about graphs!
I would like readers to comment on my technique with this process and what I can do to change from showing my work.
